My hair cut was done a year ago and I still think back to how bad it was.

I RECENTLY MOVED TO SONOMA AND NEEDED TO FIND "MY" HAIRDRESSER!..I TRIED 1 OTHER SALON, AND 1 "NAIL" SHOP..WAS UNHAPPY...THAT IS!!!...UNTIL I WENT TO ROBERTO'S!...I'M QUITE FUSSY AND WANT THE SO-SO PROPER COLOR FOR MY HAIR...AND A WIND-BLOWN, YET DRAMATIC CUT....ROBERTO DID EVERYTHING I WANTED....THANK YOU ROBERTO......

Hands down amazin

At first I was a little skeptical but I was extremely content with the outcome. The lady was very friendly and she knew exactly what she was doing.

I was shopping today at the SLO store. The line was quite long and the sales person seemed to be having problems ringing up a sale. I politely asked for another cashier. That said, I am a woman in my late 70's who takes pride in my appearance, thus I shop at Ulta. the man who was being waited on was extremely rude to me, to the point I was shaking. Told me I was old and wouldn't live long anyway. Both of the salespeople said not a word to this disgusting person. I have owned retail stores and trust me I would never have allowed such disgusting behavior towards one of my customers. Left a really bad taste in my mouth for your store. I doubt If I will return. I send a lot of people to buy the products that I have found work for me, but being treated like that left me cold. I am sure that I am inconsequential in the big picture concerning your store. I just felt the necessity to share my experience as a senior shopper.
