I highly recommend this business. I called the Faucet Doctor (Robert Gard) to make a repair to a small on demand water heater in my office lunch room. He came by the same day diagnosed the problem, and made repairs. Not only did he make the repairs he returned several times to assure the repairs were proper and complete. I can't say enough good things about Les Arneson and his team, they were prompt, professional, friendly and reasonably priced. The level of customer service and attention to detail exceeded my expectations from the get go with this company. They understood the job was urgent and made time to have us seen the day of our service request. The time was taken to explain everything that they were doing as it unfolded and they spent the time needed to solve the problem with our plumbing. Considering the large scope of the job their team left our house looking better than they found it - they used drop sheets, cleaned up all messes and even replanted a plant in our backyard that needed to be removed as it was burying one of our clean out drains that needed to be accessed to solve the problem. I would highly recommend there services to anyone looking for an honest company who understands the full picture of plumbing, heating and how general house construction relates to problems that can arise.

Greg and Steve came out to put a pressure regulator valve on one of our houses. I asked them if they would analyze some pressure issues I have been having at a different house. They finished installing the PRV and immediately came to our other house to analyze the pressure issues we were having at that location. Both gentlemen were courteous professional and hard-working. I would use Custom Plumbing again.
