I post reviews on the Web very very rarely, but two days ago I got an experience with ED'S PLUMBERS that I cannot rate other than exceptional. This company did re-piping for my entire house 10 years ago. Right after they changed the pipes, I noticed that in two taps in the master bedroom, the flow was very week. But somehow I thought that it would "fix itself" and did not contact ED'S PLUMBERS right away. The more I waited, the more I dreaded the idea that I needed to call them and they would probably make a mess in my house fixing this problem, so I never called. Until two days ago. 5 years later!!! Yeah, yeah, I know how that sounds...Crazy, right?! The reason I called now - we started renovating the bathroom with expensive tile, vanity, appliances, etc and I suddenly realized that I needed to fix this problem now, before we complete the renovation... I reluctantly called them expecting to hear polite but something, in essence: "Are you out of your mind, calling us 5 years after the work is done?!". But no! The representative, Debbie, was absolutely businesslike and friendly, saying: "We gave you lifetime warranty and we did mean it. Expect our technician the day after tomorrow". Then the technician, ED showed up - on time (they even sent me an email and gave me a call 30 minutes prior to his arrival). The guy was very friendly and SUPER professional. (One of those professionals that move with seemingly "no haste" pace, doing 3 times more than a guy who runs around like fighting a fire :-)). ED spent, probably 30 minutes in my house. He came with a truck full of equipment and tools, figured out what went wrong (there were pieces of wood in the angle stops that accidentally got there during installation), fixed it, connected a valve with a pressure meter to verify that the pressure was standard and left. ED did not leave a single footprint in my house (every time he left to pick some tools and came back, he was putting plastic covers on his shoes - even though my house was in a state of "renovation project mess"). He did not leave any bills either - I was not charged a single penny. Guys, think of it for a minute!!! 5 years after the initial work, they come, inspect and fix "without a hiccup" - but with a smile. It gives me an awe and the pride for American Service Model in general and for ED'S PLUMBERS Dealing with companies like this gives you a peace of mind for any serious work. Thank you, ED'S PLUMBERS

Hageman Plumbing From the time your service person arrived he made us feel comfortable. After a conversation about the problem at hand and a check of the sewage system a quick and correct diagnosis was done. The entire time the service provider not only made me feel comfortable, he explained what he was doing and even educated us on why, how and how to avoid this in the future. After completion of the job a relief fell upon us and we just wanted to give him a hug. Thank You to Service Person Tom for a performance above and beyond and To Hageman for the incredible Price. While other Plumbing companies wanted over $275.00 just to scope (Sewage camera) the line our issue was resolved for less then half that.

Service Technician Fedel Valdez was Key and Instramental in me getting me financed and Qualified for a water heater, Central Heat, and Central Air Condition. With out his help and determination I would not have had this opportunity. Fidel even foud a way to get in all my extra wants such as Grey equipment, extra vent, and moving the location of the thermostat to be in the hall way of my home instead of my very small dinning room. A Wonderful guy indeed he is. I recommend Beutler Air Conditioning & Plumbing business to everone. They have Great Techician to come out and help get the service that you need for your home. This is a great place to get powder coating done and you can get your cabinets built. Get a brand new vanity with a brand new sink with plumbing all installed. Custom built cabinets. DW will knock your house down and rebuild it from scratch. That's why I rate this 5 star.

Thorsen's installed all the HVAC when home was built in 2003 and have been my HVAC team since then, excellent, excellent service; always send same person which is nice cause he knows my home and we know him (Jarrett). Very pleasant and professional!!!
