My problem was unusual in that I was getting hot water to every outlet in the house but over the last few months hot water was becoming less and less available - within about three minutes the master shower water would go from hot to cool, to cold. I removed and replaced the Moen balancing spool, hoping that it was defective and the cause of the problem but that did not solve the problem. The plumbing configuration in my house is somewhat complex and includes a recirculation pump that circulates hot water throughout the house as well as a pressure tank to control the water pressure going into my water heater. I called Lloyd's Plumbing and technicians Ted and Richie analyzed the configuration. In just a few minutes they determined that a flow valve near the circulation pump was partially frozen and creating a vacuum that caused a backflow of cold water into the hot water line that flowed to the master shower (the farthest water outlet from the pump and water heater). They replaced the flow valve in about a half an hour and the entire system works perfect now. It was a great relief to have unrestricted hot water back into my master shower. The cost was reasonable; Ted and Richie were both professional and competent and I wouldn't hesitate to call Lloyds again for my plumbing needs.

Dave and his helper installed new faucet and garbage disposal for us and was very flexible with our appointment at a reasonable cost.

Quick response time and the techs were great. I’m giving Roto Rooter two stars because the first tech cleared the pipe ,but didn’t diagnose why it was clogged. About a week later (today) I called and told them the toilet was clogged again. They said no worries we will have a technition come out free of charge because this is within the warranty period. I thought fantastic!! Well, two techs came out and within 15 minutes they clear the clog and state it’s because of our cleanout, therefore we will Have to charge you another $195 dollars. Ummmm??? If you would have told me that the first time I could have had the root of the problem fixed. Instead after the second $195 dollar service call (which I thought was going to be free) they thought they would tell me I have another issue. Of course when the company has to warranty the work free of charge of the customer it’s now time to find the root of the problem So they can charge me a second time and not warranty the work. Then want to charge me again to actually fix the problem.

Not well skilled. Misdiagnosed the problem and charged about $250 to make repairs to a toilet that had to be thrown away and another $250 to clear a drain pipe that was not causing the problem. Apologized several times for making unnecessary repairs but did not discount bill. I called another plumber to finish the job.

Clyde did work for me on major replumbing of a couple of rental units, and I was so happy I had found him. He really knows what he is doing, he was super fast, and his truck and trailer has all of the parts, so there is no wasted time. I will definitely call him whenever I need a plumber.

Called to have my gas water heater checked. Pilot light went out and I could not start it back up. Andy's wanted to check our last acct transaction first. Than call me back. When they did call, twice, they were giving me info meant for some one else. They did not remember what I had called about. Then they elk me we have not done business with us on 10 years, the heater is too hold. U are wasting your money. U need a new one. Call us when u decide. WHAAAAAT? Decide what? Stupidest call and worst service ever!
