NEVER USE!!!This has been the absolute WORST experience. WINDOWS LEAKING!!!! Newly installed replacement windows leaked for two month, DAMAGED MY NEWLY RENOVATED HOUSE!!! After that THE COMPANY REFUSE TO FIX IT AND WANT TO MAKE ME TO FIX IT ON MY OWN. The installation was poorly performed: installers never used level (when I asked why the installer told me the old house doesn't need it), never put insulation between frame of a window and frame of a house, NEVER USED SHIMS WHEN ATTACHED A FRAME to the wall which cause deformation (and possible damage) of window frame. This company CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. I had to bother them with phone calls and emails to send a repairmen to fix the damage. STAY AWAY!!!

We replaced all of our windows with Renewal by Anderson and were very satisfied with the product and with the installation team. The home is more quiet and the cooling system is working more efficiently since the installtion was completed. The team showed up in the morning and were finished by early afternoon. The workmanship on the installation was excellent. The team worked swiftly and efficiently together and left the site very clean. I recommend them for anyone interested in window replacements.
