Very poor communication with client took our 500$ deposit didn't hear from them for over a month

Garbage avoid at all cost. Ruined my tiny. Put up already damaged tint I noticed the same day they said it would smooth out.... pretty sure cut tint doesnt smooth out 2 months later still looks like trash. Called back for them to fix they said they would never called back. Highly suggest not going to these scam artists. Use at own risk. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

The original windows were metal and raggedy. Paul came to my home with sample windows and we discussed the best options for what I wanted. We decided on 4 large side-sliding window's plus screens. Paul worked with my budget and did not try to oversell what I needed. I ended up with insulated panes that will be way more energy efficient in the winter since that room is not heated. The installation went as promised -it took about 5 weeks for the windows to arrive and the installers worked quickly and professionally. The front of my house looks amazing! It was like a complete facelift for my home! Everyone who sees the windows raves about them! I love how they look and how open they make the room feel!

I have been dealing with Winside for 10-15 years. I will only use his company for my windows and doors. The siding he did several years ago is fantastic. I had another company do my 2 front bay windows over 20 years ago and had to have those windows replaced last year (should've been sooner. This year I am getting California blinds in all my windows and a side garage door installed. His prices are reasonable.

It is always good to see a dedicated team at work. After plenty of problems with other workers, I was delighted to feel a fresh wave of change when I called in workers from Total Home to fix the windows and entrance door. They looked professional and were extremely careful.

We have had many different window cleaners in our home over the last 4 years - with Ben and his team being the first that we have asked back. They did an excellent job inside and out, are very professional, conscientious and detail orientated. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Arlene is absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable and so willing to help you it is unbelievable. She provide her recommendations, from her many years of experience. She was very supportive and the whole experience was great. I travel an hour just to buy window treatments from her any day. Kevin, who installed my window treatments, was fantastic. He was so professional and friendly, while providing advice and support on maintenance and how to make my home look great. Plus, he was so personable my kids are still asking for him to come back. Received damaged door wouldn’t install it for customer they refused to refund my $1300 deposit very unprofessional and do not recommend terrible customer service was a repeat customer for 10 yrs
