Great Place with great prices. The only problem is I can never figure out when they are open. The message on the answering machine doesn't give the hours and they do not publish them online either. If you need glass for a project, these guys will do whatever you need.... cheap!

The whole experience with Home Window and Michael O’Shea was excellent from start to finish. The sales portion was very informative, no pressure and you could immediately see the quality of the product he sells. The installation was smooth, efficient and professional every step of the way. The great care taken with the outside capping of each window and door ensures that the product shines. The installers did a great job of leaving the work area each night as neat and tidy as it was in the morning. Michael came by every day during installation to both check up on the progress and make sure we were happy. Any concern or question was answered promptly and professionally. We are very happy with the quality of the windows, doors and sliding door. The front door is truly an amazing piece of art. It is a pleasure to operate and enjoy the benefits of our purchase. We recommend the product and the Home Window experience to anyone who wants value for their money!

We provide restoration services. Recently a customer had severe water damage and mould contamination due to a poorly installed door. I referred Rick, who was able to custom fit a door and prevent further water intrusions. Great job Rick!.

Very good experience! I was working, they came to my home and changed the windshield while I wasn't home, they called on time to tell me they were getting started. Will recommend to anyone!!

Gave price then cancelled. Unable to replace windows at my house. Returned deposit $2800. Said they were not able to do 2nd floor. Lost 1 month .now have to start pricing again ... Not very competent....

I was impressed with the customer service I received. Steve was very nice, provided a quote right away. Before coming, they called to inform they are on the way, were on time. Cleaned the windows. Great result, no hustle! Very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

You guys are the real MVP! I wanted the main entrance door to be replaced with something elegant. Not only did Vitaly from Total Home suggest a very elegant door, but they also had the job done in no time.

My son used this company to do work in his home and was very satisfied with the job.My wife and I needed some window coverings for our home and we were not sure what we wanted.We went to Preffered Window Coverings and looked at the various displays and set up a time to meet with Kevin the owner .We were very satisfied with his professionalism and knowledge of what window coverings would work for us.I can say with all honesty that he did a fabulous job with the installation and we are very happy customers and would recommend him to anyone. My husband and I moved into our home last year, the house is about 14 years old and still had their original windows. The seal of the windows were gone and condensation was starting. A few years back my parents changed their windows and used Brock. Brock did a wonderful job then, so we decided to go ahead and use them also. Of course the crew was wonderful and we would highly recommend them to anyone.
