DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! My mother (recent widow) was looking to upgrade her windows in good faith before selling her home. She was getting half of her home's windows and french doors replaced. Installation was TERRIBLE. The cocking around the windows was a disaster and doors were damaged during installation. She unfortunately paid her bill, with the promise that the doors would be replaced in the near future. AFTER 6 MONTHS NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. They ignore her calls and email and continue to push her project aside. I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Just had my front doors windows tinted today, very happy with the result. I highly recommend the place to anyone who are looking for windows tinting. Paul, the owner is a very nice guy, he has been very patiently answering my question and giving suggestion online, even at the store, he spent time showing me the differences about the films I was considering. Really great experience.

Door Dudes needs more positive web reviews. They are a old school company with strong values and customer support. Dave Wallis personally held my hand along each step of the journey and even took me on a tour of the Burlington based factory for Wardco windows. Definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy and well educated on exactly what we were buying. Its a big purchase and feel very happy with our choice. We did a lot of shopping around, and decided to go with Door Dudes. We replaced our front door and 16 windows in our home. Top quality sales, installation and products. Stainless steel mechanics instead of powder coated steel like most others. 1 injection point PPG glass. 25 year (lifetime) warranty. Installation was quick and professional with no mess left behind. Very pleased and wish that more folks would leave these guys online reviews. We were going to pass them over because of the lack of online reviews, but are really glad we chose them!

I would not recommend Tiltco due to their non-existent after sales service. I had Tiltco windows installed in my whole house. Although, they were more expense than the other quotes I received, I was sold on their apparent superior quality. However, when I recently contacted them for service on one of the windows, which does not seal properly and lets in cold drafty air, I received a "run-around" for more than 2 months and still no one has come out to address the issue. I will update my review if something changes, but at this point I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with Tiltco and as it stands, would never use them again.

Great service and fairly priced. One of the few companies that have a portable system that was required as I live in a stacked town house. They cleaned my ducts, exhaust fans and dryer vent in an hour. Will definitely be using their services in future.

Pleased with the paint protective film they installed on my car. It has held up well so far. Just regret not getting more surfaces covered.

The driver of a newer lifted dodge pick up with your company logo decided to stop on a very dangerous king road hill leaving his door open to complain about how close I was following.Sure my my car will roll corners beter then a lifted pick up but i really wasnt that close. And to endanger all the other traffic on the hill can't say it was the most brilliant idea by the driver that was barely doing a 50km speed limit. I've driven stock cars for years. I really wasn't ever that close until cornering. Next time maybe find a safer place to pull over. Or pull off to the side instead of making your company name look like that to many witnesses

I used Becker for the 2nd time in two years. Each time the work was completed before the promised date & all mess was cleaned up afterwards. They also made a follow up call within a few days to ensure I was satisfied. Would recommend to anyone looking to install new windows or doors.
