I have so many good things to say about my experience with Moncada Windows and Doors. We only needed a new front door. The door had been originally installed upside down and inside out :) It sounded like the house was going to collapse every time you opened and closed it. We got 3 quotes and Moncada came in at the fairest price. The salesmen explained to us how the door would be installed properly. He was helpful in picking out a door that my husband and I both liked. The installers were at my house bright and early. They were professional, clean and efficient. My door is beautiful and doesn't make doesn't make a sound when you open it. I would recommend Moncada to everyone!

Great service. Installers were very helpful and very polite. On time and stayed late to make sure everything was perfect and i couldn't be more happy. These guys bust their asses to make sure everything is good instead of rushing to go home. They installed on a Friday night told me it would be done at 6 but stayed until 8:30pm on a Friday night and took their time to make sure I was happy. Price was very fair. Would definitely use this company again and have recommended to a few people as well. Installers cleaned everything when done left my house looking absolutely perfect and took old doors and trim in their truck to dispose off site. Signed and went over warranty and how to maintain and care for the door. Great guys. Only downside was my door took longer than expected to be made which pushed my installation date later which in all honesty is more their manufactuers fault but the sales associated helped me out price wise for the inconvenience and once installation date came the wait was worth it. Still deserves a 5 star !

We are very happy with our new door and kitchen window from Pella. Jeff Provis was great to deal with from the get-go... He was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and most accessible (on weeknights and weekends as well) throughout the whole process. The installers (Roshan's crew) were also a pleasure to deal with. We had a minor issue but Jeff, Anthony and Tom at Pella dealt with it immediately to our satisfaction. We are very happy customers!

I got my windows tinted from Oscar. Great guy Oscar explained about the different tints and how they worked. I picked the ones i thought best and he agreed that they were the best for me. He did the window and wow they really made a difference. I am so happy. Had a problem with bright lights at night but the tint he put on the front windshield work well and stops the light from bothering my eye, If you need your windows tinted call Oscar you will not be diapointed. If i had another car i would do it. Great job.and very happy. Thanks Oscar.

Really overpriced

THIS IS THE BEST WINDOWS AND DOORS COMPANY. They have amazing customer service and the experience is great. My windows look fabulous.

Our experience with Night and Day Window Décor was effortless and fulfilling from beginning to the very end. Laura Avolio was a dream to work with from the very first time we spoke over the phone. She was prompt in all her responses (punctual at all times, even during a snow storm) and took her time to show us the endless options for colours, designs and a choice between manual and battery operated blinds. She pretty much held our hand every step of the way. It took only four and a half weeks from the time we made our choices until the install and we are beyond happy with our blinds. Ephraim Chiyangwa was another gem that I can’t say enough great things about. He was courteous, quick and patient when installing the blinds and the wifi-operated hub. What a dream team! Not only were we treated with utmost respect but also the service was impeccable, quick and we got a fantastic discount on both the product and the installation. The end result exceeds our expectations and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend them to friends or family (and everyone inbetween). Thank you Night and Day Window Décor!!!

Towards the end of extensive renos in our home in the Beaches, I needed to source new window coverings for the majority of our windows. I prefer to support local businesses and I had heard good things about Night and Day so I went to the showroom on Kingston Road. Jenn helped familiarize me with the features, functions, pros and cons of each of the styles available. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She set up a home consultation with a designer for a few days later. Laura came to our house which was a construction zone and showed me numerous fabric samples for the blind style I had chosen, in various shades and also degree of opacity. She shared her experiences and recommendation based on the look and functionality I was trying to achieve. She then measured all the windows in question and provided a quote a couple days later. Laura was so great to work with and her suggestions were spot on. We went back and forth a few times on the quote as we included automation on some windows but not all. The owner, Ana, also provided a discount which we greatly appreciated as it allowed us to include a bit more automation and stay in our budget. Our timeline was tight but Night and Day managed to pull it off and our beautiful blinds were installed in time for Christmas when we moved back into our home. Mark, the installer was kind, professional and incredibly fast. He also took the time to set up and fully demo the automation including helping me with trouble-shooting scenarios. We could not be happier with the whole experience – and the windows look stunning! I would not work with anyone else for window covering in the future and recommend Night and Day without reservation.

Had a great experince for my first two cars, but they changed owners or something. Got my 3rd car one done thinking it would be the same quality, but prices were higher than what advertised and poor customer service. Tint had some bubbles and they said "it would go away after it cures" which they did not. Would rather pay a bit more and get it done somewhere else.
