This location has helped me with my home glass repair needs on multiple occasions. I often find antique picture frames that require new glass. Lyndale replaces the glass quickly, professionally and for a very reasonable price. When a wind storm blew something through the glas in our front door we also received the same level of service. Thankful to have this business so close by.

this is my entire experience. - I called in and was greated very kindly - Promptly connected with an estimator - He was a really nice and seemed very knowledgeable and was punctual to our meeting. - We asked to have our Existing house/addition windows and New vinyl siding quoted. He took measurements and agreed to quote what we discussed. - We also asked to see the price difference between black extruded frames vs standard white. Which he also agreed to - The window quote arrived with standard white only, no black option. - I politely asked for the quote in the black option and asked if he still intended to quote the siding. - He did not acknowledge the siding question, but got the black extruded option price over to me - In this email he mentions that he left out the “roof line” as they are “tricky to price” - These are the most important windows to our entire design and by far he most expensive set. - I then realized he left them out of the first quote and did not mention this in that first email. - Slightly frustrated at this point I asked him to please price the entire scope of work as we discussed when he visited our home. - I never heard back after this email. - I was polite the entire time. - I have professional drawings that detail the exact measurements and requirements. - No other window companies had issues providing me with complete quotes - May not be a big sale to them, but it’s a lot of money for me. - Ended up placing my 20k window order with a local company and am very happy with their product and service.
