Has not been a very good experience dealing with this company. We had a window that should have been white on the inside - delivered to us with black paint on the inside. They told us to install as is and they’d fix the situation so that we wouldn’t notice a difference. Many months later and they still haven’t fixed it. They’ve tried painting it onsite twice and it looks awful. When you try to get in touch with them, no one calls you back. Been getting the run around. Very frustrated at this point. Wishing now that we chose another company. We’ve dealt with cheaper window companies in the past and received better product and service. Hoping they rectify the situation and stand behind their product.

Bought screen clips here, turned out I bought the wrong ones, but I was able to exchange them without a receipt with no hassle. Good service.

We paid 10 years of glass coverage to them through our home insurance and recently, had our first direct contact with them to replace a cracked skylight. Work and customer service was severely lacking. It took them 6 months to come to replace the cracked skylight. When they finally showed up, they used a ladder in a stairwell to help install the new skylight and to remove the old one. They didn't put a tarp on the lawn when the old skylight was removed...leading to many broken sharp shards of hard plastic in the grass. The installers scraped and dented the drywall of our staircase with their ladder and marked up the ceiling during the installation. The installers didn't even totally remove the blue protective film on the skylight. When questioned, they replied, "It will come off on its own when it rains." Wrote and phoned to complain... received no response....even though they said they cover their installation and labour work for 1 year. Will be discontinuing our glass coverage with them upon renewal of our house insurance and recommending to our broker that their insurance brokerage discontinue associating with them.

Although joe is a nice enough guy, super helpful ! the Quality of the work that Ray does is sub par he doesn’t seem to care about the job he does. I had to go back several times due to bubbles in my tint. Rays failed attempt at removing the pockets turned in to scratches on the tinting. And when he finally replaced the tinting to fix his mistake it was installed the same way as the first time bubbles and air pockets with fuzz or lint caught in-between the glass and the tint. Waste of time and money.

If you’re asking my opinion about Marvin Windows, I would say absolutely NO! I placed an order of $120,000 to Marvin last year for my new construction in West Vancouver. The sales manager’s chasing me all the time and promised me Marvin would provide best service. I trusted him and my disaster started. Marvin didn’t answer my phone calls, text messages and emails when problems happened. Once they took your money, they’re going disappear. They never care about clients. Marvin owed me four windows and I had to order from Kolbe. And they promised to refund, however they never followed their promises. I talked to some other clients of Marvin and they treated their clients in the same methods. I’ll give Marvin 0 start if I can.

I recently had the passenger side window of my vehicle smashed by vandals – I googled the options close to me and started dialing…. thank my lucky stars Crystal Glass @7454 6th St, Burnaby was on the list . From the first call the professionalism was evident and the entire experience with Jamie , Blake & Jason was a VERY pleasant surprise . Their customer service and expertise far exceeded my expectations - absolutely incredible - I would highly recommend them

The worst service I have ever had! The quality of their window products are not as good as they told me. Bad!
