When I bought my old house 21 years ago I asked Jordan at Sashmasters to replace all 19 single- paned windows with double- paned windows, using the same unique and attractive design as the original, which meant each window was divided into six separate smaller panes of glass. Because each window was individually designed, measured and constructed, I spread out their installation over several years so I could pay for them as they were installed I recently contacted Jordan at Sashmasters to ask him to repair one of windows as condensation is forming between the panes. He quickly agreed to fix the problem, although the installation was more than 10 years ago. Sashmasters did an excellent job, and I am still getting compliments on the vintage look the windows give to my old house. I always enjoyed working with the crew, who were punctual, polite and professional. They also re-built a sunroom for me, including a new frame, drywall and windows. If you want the very best expertise in glass, mirrors or sealed units see Scott Wright at Candu Glass located at 2345 Douglas Road in Burnaby. He is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He thinks along of what you want and gives lots of helpful advice. I cannot think of anything bad to say about him or his business ... a true pro!

Great price and excellent staff.

Lynnmour Glass never fails to offer poor customer service and apparently can't do the job right the first time. Have dealt with them twice, hoping that the second experience would be different, but instead it turned out to be worse. Glass wasn't installed correctly, they left a mess, and failed resolve other issues related to the install. When contacted there was never an apology and we had to chase them down. There are plenty of other glass companies in town, many more affordable, so I would encourage you to use someone else, so you don't go through what we went through.

Fantastic service! Brayden at North Shore Doors tracked down the manufacturer of my 10 year old glass doors to find me some replacement door rollers, as the firm I bought the doors from originally had closed. Great service, thanks!

I don't know if their product is good, but they have VERY POOR service. They got my windows measurements wrong when I place the order. I emailed them 4 times about it. It finally got corrected. They added some windows I didn't order. If I didn't find out they will charge me a lot of money for extra useless windows! Sales are nice before I order. After I ordered, they don't follow up with my orders. They take all your money before they deliver the products. If you refuse to pay, they don't give you windows. So there's nothing you can do about them. I regret ordering from them so much!!

I am giving 1 star because I can't give 0!! This company is ridiculous. Been having problems with our blinds for over a year. Asian guy refuses to repair them. Not to mention they are all crooked and made of cheap parts. He finally showed up this morning, rang the door bell 3 times, was extremely rude and condescending and refused to fix the problem for the second time!!! Do not give this company your business! Cheap Asian owners!
