Great customer service in and out of shop. Only real complaint is they didn't get all of the broken glass from interior. They went above and beyond for customer service got a call from a mechanic who realized a problem and fixed it pretty cheap.

I had Hunter Douglas fans and shades already when I saw this great new store next to my condo. Kaitlyn came with a ton of samples. We were able to pick out attractive window coverings and get rid of the cheap verticals that came with the condo. I had a minor problem and Kaitlyn can right away with her ladder and tool bag. She fixed the problem and then helped tweak a different treatment that had a long hanging cord. With your purchase, you get lifetime service. I plan to encourage my daughter to check out window coverings at D-Lux.

Price is fair. You won't find cheaper. However, communication is poor in English. I got blinds restrung. I dropped them off and picked them up without issue, but the service centre is half accounting/sales and half storage/factory. Expect to wait, be confused, and be happy you got your item. I'd go back, but be prepped for an odd experience.
