If I could rate them a 6*, I would. Someone broke our bedroom window and robbed us blind while we were out of town for my grandpa's funeral. Because everything sucks, our furnace was also busted, so having a smashed window wasn't exactly ideal. Receptionist was incredibly kind and went out of her way to get us an appointment (we'd called 6 other places and all were booked for the next 2-5 days!). I might have cried. The tech who came to measure was prompt, efficient, and really nice. The quote came the same day, and we were surprised to find out it would be only 3 business days until install. The woman I spoke to on the phone regarding payment and installation date was incredibly friendly and really empathetic. I'll update this review if the installment is anything less than perfect. I have the utmost trust that it will be just as good as the other interactions we've had with the Wesco team. Thanks! Update: they had to reschedule us at the last minute, but were sensitive to our situation and got us in a couple days later. The installer was excellent. The window looks great. I'm still impressed and would definitely recommend their services.

In 2011 when we built our home we used Budget Blinds to supply the window coverings throughout the house. The service was good and we love the product. Where this company shined was in the after-sales service. Twice we have needed parts (once we broke something and the other time a part wore out). BB was great on both occasions and provided the required part quickly and without cost. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

I had my windows replaced by Northshore Windows, and they were fantastic to deal with. Jon the owner is incredibly responsive and provides great customer service. Their staff are professional, friendly, detail-oriented and do excellent work on a timely basis. Their finishing sets them apart from other windows companies. I definitely recommend this company.

Needed a chip fix, they were great and took care of the ICBC side of it. Easy peasy.

Owner is very professional, friendly and polite, and can assist whenever you're available. Able to install backup sensors for my car in less than 1 hour. Not sure if they receive English-only customers.

Cannot believe how good the service was here. I came in with an issue with an old surface pro 3. Was served by John who was friendly and professional. While resolving my issue he gave me coffee and left me to browse the store. The service was free and could not have been a better experience.

I called this Vancouver window screens company to order motorized black out roller shades and 5 window screens after they were suggested by my landlord. The installer guy came on time and measured my windows right away. Very reasonable prices: $35-55 depending on the type of window screens and labour was $80. Lead time was about 1 week. Bruce is very attentive and knowledgeable. Now i know more window covering projects in mind and know who to call

AMAZING JOB! I have a 2017 Red Ford Mustang Ecoboost, and originally had my car wrapped with Xpel Ultimate at a different installer (NOT-Protex) in Vancouver. The job done at the other installer (Not-Protex) was so bad that the wrap started gathering dust and peeling off after 5 days, there were also major ripples and parts that did not fit the body panels correctly. So I called Luke at Protex Vancouver to get a professional opinion on the job that was done on my Mustang, he asked me to bring the car up so he could have a look. Luke immediately after seeing my car scheduled me in for an appointment free of charge to replace the wrap that was done by the OTHER installer. NOTE: Protex did not install the wrap the first time, but were willing to help fix the issue that the first NON-Protex installer created. I bring my car to Luke and leave it with him, when I returned I was honestly shocked at the difference his install made. The car looked better than when I picked it up brand new from the Ford dealership, it was completely spotless! It also took far less time for him to finish the job, instead of the 3 days at the NON-Protex installer. Moral of the story, use Protex in Vancouver for your wrap install, they take care with their work and are far more efficient.
