Once again, Marco and his crew did a stellar job on the yearly maintenance of our house. Not only are they thorough and efficient, but they're a pleasure to work with. They have very high standards of cleanliness. We've owned our home for over 35 years. No other cleaning service has come close to the high standards of this crew.

I found friendly giant on google based on their reviews and i wasn't disappointed. I had some concerns after the technician came to clean my gutters the first time. I took some pictures and emailed them off the the company. I was blown away by the customer service. I called them from work in the morning and they were not only responsive to my concerns but had someone out that day to redo my gutters and took pictures to confirm that i was happy with the work. great job. i would have no problems recommending this company to anyone. This guy veered towards me multiple times while trying to pass, so I couldn't. Miserable idiot.

We have been trying to get a hold of someone from Westeck for months and have gotten no where. We have a door that won’t open because the mechanism is stripped. Someone came out eventually after several months and said we need some parts. That was the last we’ve heard from them. We have not been able to use the door to our deck for going on almost a year! Our neighbours have a problem with one of their Westeck windows as well and have had no luck either. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever encountered.
