Very pleased with my blinds, service was excellent and installer was great! Highly recommend Budget Blinds..

Dan Gehres took our $4,000 deposit in March 2020 and when the windows were not ready when expected he strung us along for months with excuses why they were not in. When we told him we found windows with another company and asked for our money back, Dan said that he could not get us the windows and was not able to return our $4,000 deposit. We are proceeding with small claims court.

Had sliding Patio Door fall off the runners, put up a wood brace to keep it place. Requested Grimsby Glass to come and give an estimate to replace the door. Installer came by to measure so that an estimate could be made to replace the door. Looked at the door and stated "I can't leave you with a door like that!". He then returned with his tools, reset the door so that we could use it till a new one was installed. This in my mind is taking that extra step for customer service.

I have been here twice now, and dealt with each of the brothers separately on my two occasions. Both of these guys went above and beyond!!! On my first visit, I brought in an antique table to get a piece of glass cut for it. It was a unique shape so I did not trust myself to do the template. Gary did the template, charged me an excellent price for the glass and even glued back the loose leg as a nice surprise! On the second occasion, I needed another glass top for a table with such an intricate design that John told me he wouldn't be able to cut it without breakage. He even tried cutting a few pieces of glass in front of me with no success. He told me, however, he would take it to his suppliers who have expensive, computerized laser cutting machines. Upon checking with them, we discovered that was going to be a very expensive option. ($500!). When he heard this, he made a few more attempts to cut it on his own from a thinner piece of glass until he achieved success! His price--$50! I was thrilled!! I live in Newmarket but will continue to drive to Bradford for my glass needs and recommend you do the same!!!!!

I work in Real Estate and have had clients used many different companies previously . Some were good but took the whole day to install. Some were efficient but did not look like it was done by a professional . My latest experience with Dolce Decor was by far the best experience. Excellent service, professional installation and very efficient. I would definitely recommend all my clients, friends and family going forward.

I wanted 4 windows replaced. I have other windows, including 2 bay windows, plus some doors that also may need replacing, but I wanted to use the replacement of these 4 windows to evaluate the quality of the windows and the workmanship of the installation. Scott Monteith, the owner and installer of HomeWorksWindows was in complete agreement with this. Here is what happened: Scott measured my windows 3 times before placing the order. Once when he first came over to discuss the job and then 2 more times when I decided to place the order to ensure accuracy. When the new windows arrived at his shop he said he measured them to ensure they were the correct sizes that he had ordered for me. He said they were correct, so we set an installation date. When he came over to install the windows he once again measured the old windows and the new replacement windows. He then said one of the replacement windows is the wrong size so he could only install 3 of the 4 windows and he would re-order the other one. Considering how many times the windows, both old and new were measured, I would have thought this should have been caught before showing up at the job site. I have emailed him and left voice messages for him to arrange for the other window to be installed. However, he has NEVER gotten back to me. It is difficult enough to find someone that will install only 4 windows. Many companies consider that to be too small of a job to be interested, so I now have to find someone else who is willing to install just 1 window. Of course there will be other windows and doors if I can find a competent supplier and installer. HomeWorksWindows has put me into an even more awkward position now. I consider his conduct very unprofessional. Ignoring a client is very disrespectful and really lowers the bar. I also have to question his ability to measure properly!

Just received installation of my new Windows. I found the attention to detail and professionalism exceptional and the "above and beyond" personalized service I received from Chris is extremely rare and greatly appreciated. The finishing workmanship is flawless and I couldn't be more pleased. They are absolutely beautiful and I wouldn't hesitate to sing their praises to anyone looking to improve their property. The Green-on incentive is also being taken care of entirely by Peoples Choice. Can't find a single downside. Thanks so much Chris! *****
