FYI initial relationship outstanding until owner got into the picture. Vinyl installed earlier this year - scratches on film per photos and visual inspection by Gary who is amazing and has outstanding customer service. Owner visited today to supposedly replace the film (after much chasing) only to be told that it is the glass not the film. Regardless, I stated "do what you need to do and then get out of my house" - Owner stated he was getting out of my house and then he got in his vehicle and drove away. Nothing done! Now I'm waiting on return calls to phone message I've left for Gary. Very, very unhappy camper! I own a business and if I treated and spoke to my customers like I was spoken to and treated I wouldn't have customers. Told the owner that his customer service sucked!
