Went to the shop to get some work done. Steve is an awesome guy- friendly and honest. Got the work done quickly and got me on my way in no time. Highly recommend to anyone needing work done.

Good service with a smile. Only 4 stars because they were having trouble getting the proper parts from distributor. Not Signatures fault, distributor sent the wrong part twice. Like I said, not Signatures fault just frustrating.

Went to the local Ford dealership with very poor service and what they charged was stupid and very high. Then I found ESC. Totally the opposite. Fantastic service and the price was great. I’m very happy with the service, price and the staff. I’ll keep bringing my F350 Super Duty to ESC and will highly recommend everyone to do the same. Keep up the great work.👍

Inept staff and or owner The unit was taken in for simple “alignment check” with digital machines and control arm replacements with multiple known repairs required. I have no issue providing income for other shops but this shop decided to deceive my goodwill. We were charge $140 to tell us what I already know was wrong as was explained on drop off They changed the oil without consent and charged us. Upon fluid check after pick up, 3 liters had to be drained due to OVER FILL. (that will KILL and engine) The control arms were not installed to spec alignment and had to be readjusted The known leak on the transmission line was agreed to for replacement, in addition to a transmission seal.>>>>>> fluid level was 1 liter LOW when checked after pickup. When picked up the owner said he would give a discount on future work because of his admitted errors .. I would never deal with this company again nor should anyone who cares about their vehicle.

Friendly staff, however they will nickel and dime you to death, $50 to add, pre-purchased from a different location, inner tubes into snowblower tires. That is a over the top since most other places were at the 15-20 to do it all. Because the computer didnt have a code for snow blower tires I paid full mounting and balancing for a regular vehicle tire. Will not be going back in the future.

Poor customer care. Scheduled an out call appointment a week in advance. No show, no call. I called 2 days later, they said they were busy with 4 school buses and I was next in line. Stopped in a week later and I was told they could not do any out calls. I was trying to be considerate and waiting to hear from them. Woman working the counter had bad attitude both times I encountered her. Just bad, very bad experience. Will never go back and recommend the same to anybody that ask.

Best shop in the USA. If you want to meet an all American badass go visit with Kelly; he's the prime example of what a true American is and should be.

Incredible service from High Country Chevrolet on my 2015 Silverado 3500 Duramax. A while back while on a 13,000 mile cross country RV trip towing a fifth wheel trailer, my truck experienced problems with the SCR system. I located the nearest dealer and headed in for service. Even though they were busy, Cassidy was able to squeeze the truck into the queue, locate and fix the problem, then get us on our way in fairly short order. Thanks folks...wish I lived closer, I would have all my vehicles serviced at your dealership! Bill T. from Maine
