Good people.

I own two vintage autos, both of which total 60 to 70,000. I my self have not only a large amount I'v a emotional investment. Having had done business with several other Automotive dealers in town and come out pissed off I turned to Plamer's. Not once have I had to concern myself with the quality of work I received. I get a bid, should it cost in excess of the bid I get a call and its talked about. Only once have had return it. The problem was fixed at no cost to me. In this day and age of lies, finger pointing. I would suggest to any one take your Auto. to Palmer's. People get upset at others not because they got taken but because they are job to be fully aware of the situation and came upon something unexpected.

Got us back on the road quick after we blew our transmission while traveling through. A day and a half to rebuild! Very professional and caring team. Shout out to Korby for being so friendly and Leo who checked on us after our road trip! Honored coupons!

Ok, where to start.. I take my truck in for a transmission R and R. a job that cost 800.00 from Every shop in the magic valley. , My cost after all said and done. 2300.00. When I dropped it off the man that did the work said it would be around 800.00 . . My advice.. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING to this man. He is being sued by two people already.

Traveling cross country in an RV, heard the brakes squealing so asked the owner to the campground we were at where to go. Came in for an oil change and brakes. They told us that the breaks were great, probably just squeaking coming off the mountains and had dust on them. We are from the city, if you pull your car in to a brake shop a day after you get brakes you will be told you need new ones so I was very impressed they didn't take advantage of a couple out of towners in an RV. They changed our oil quickly and we were on the road in no time.

In and out quick. Didn't mark up tire to terribly much. Recommend

My experience with Keith, @ Broadway Automotive was the best a customer could ask for. He's very Honest, Thorough, Knowledgeable, Dedicated, & Reasonable. If any further mechanic work needs to be completed I will definitely be going back. The miles from R.S. WY. to Buhl, ID. are we'll worth it.

Excellent service! Stayed late when I called ahead after blowing a tire. Very friendly people and speedy service. We're very grateful, as we would have been stuck in wendover overnight otherwise. Definitely recommend.
