Awful experience with the ladies there. They cut wires they weren't supposed to and couldn't take responsibility for messing up my car. Later talked to other repair businesses and clearly they have a reputation for other people fixing their mistakes often. They claimed there was no record of me being there when clearly the paperwork and technician ID number I have state differently. Do better ladies.... never going here again.

My truck wouldn’t start and R & T was recommended to me by someone that worked at Big O. Family owned, very friendly, reasonable prices, and they seem thorough and knowledgeable. We liked them so much, my boyfriend decided to have them service the ac in his truck. They did a great job....ac works much better now! (And the icing on the cake is that you can also buy free range eggs from their backyard chickens). We will definitely go back to them for any truck or car problems!

Took my truck in to have them extract a bolt that snapped in my pinion yoke. They had my truck for a few hours, then called me saying that it couldn't be done and it would just trash the yoke so they needed to replace it. All for over $500.00. I told them no thanks, bought an extractor kit and did it myself in 10 minutes. All without an ounce of damage to the yoke. Lying SOBs. They were also incredibly rude to my girlfriend when she dropped off the key for it.

I have a 72 Chevy with a rebuilt 454 ls6 and they tuned it just right. I was having many issues from starter kickback, grinding flex plates, loosing power when starting, no start... had it towed into shop and came back perfect. Nice having a place you trust. Been back again for other tunes and same results. I will not let anyone else will touch my truck! oh... and also good honest people.
Update: just after this review I got a little excited with the gas and blew out my freshly rebuilt tranny. After being down for over a year I finally took it back for a much needed fix. Very fair on the price and runs even stronger. I will think twice about smoking 12.5" off-road tires.
