Was very impressed with the entire team. They were honest and very informative. Their craftsmanship is very above average also! For reference, Vehicle is a duramax and they changed out the turbo to a SDP 3794 and added a Fass fuel system and did breaks and flashed new tune. Exceptional work fellas!!!!

Last week I brought my baby (an original low mileage Ford F-250 OBS, 7.3) to Callahan Auto & Diesel for a rough idle/intermittent miss diagnosis. Owning muscle cars that can be eaten off underneath, I am extremely meticulous and always concerned about the caliber of technicians working on my automobiles. Frankly, finding people to do that level of work in this day and age is somewhat of a challenge. When using most automotive services, I typically wonder just how dissatisfied I will be in the end and it seems like the less dissatisfied I am, the more acceptable the result. (A terrible way to go into a service provider). That said, I remember years ago there were service providers that from the onset you knew were going to provide a satisfactory service; but finding that today is somewhat of a curious anachronism. Well, though it's almost hard to believe, I found that level of communication, communication and results with Callahan Auto & Diesel. Preston and Mitch are phenomenal communicators that actually look you in the eyes, discuss a strategy and work toward a common goal of rectifying the problem. It was a great experience to realize that this company absolutely acknowledges that the consumer pays their paycheck. I sensed during the entire exchange, their long-term goal was to make sure that I came back and again that is very rare today. I highly recommend that anyone considering automotive or diesel service to at the least, go in talk with them. You'll find the place to be relatively clean and they take the time to help you fully understand what action steps will be taken during the evaluation and rectification of your problem. Further, they are excessively fair in their pricing practices. The bottom line is, again, don't take your vehicle anywhere else until you speak with them. You will find that from the initial call, to the end result, you will be extremely comfortable, and like me, very pleased with the overall experience. I thank the whole team at Callahan and look forward to going back as soon as necessary.

Awesome diesel mechanics

Was not given the correct address!!! the website lists Mesa, when the actual RV service area is in Avondale. Verify where you need to go, they will not advise you, if you go to Mesa when you need to be in Avondale it's a 45 minute drive through hellish traffic.

Owner is hot AF!

We just moved here from Colorado and took our Dodge truck to Impact Diesel. We are so happy we found these guys. They are knowledgeable, detail-oriented, straight forward, honest, and best of all, good at what they do! We started with just an oil change and a diagnostic for a minor issue. Now we have gone back for an exhaust brake and air bags. Very impressed with their work and their thorough explanation of what they did when you pick up your vehicle.

Dana Brothers has been doing my automotive repair work for years. The employees are honest and do a great job. They back up their work and always make things right. Although they specialize in diesel repair, I use them to maintain my 3/4 ton Chevy Suburban and also have them take care of some needs on my BMW 750 Li. I recommend them to all my friends.

Gave them a 2 star for great customer service. But they show up unprepared to do the job. Even after telling them what needs to be done. Will never use them again. Over priced as well.

My transmission went out on my altima and I worked with James through the whole process and he was amazing! Everyone knows that when something goes wrong with your vehicle it's a super stressful time and James made every step of the process easy. They also beat everybody elses prices and they had my car done faster than any other shop I called. All around great company, great people, and a great experience!

Im an owner operator and have a 2001 Volvo VNL semi and Andres did amazing engine work, swapped my broken radiator, put on a new bumper, fixed my AC , and fixed my hood with fiber glass. My truck is almost brand new thanks to him. Great service and he really knows what he is doing. Only place i will take my truck in tucson. He gets really busy which sometimes takes more time, but you get high quality work for an amazing price.

Eric and Mike have been nothing but exceptional. I have a very difficult issue with my truck and Mike and Eric wont give up. Very affordable prices, honest, and skilled tech's.
