I originally called Pinnacle Nissan because my Pathfinder would not start. I thought it was a starter. I asked them to have it towed. I was put on hold and a rude person picked up and flatly told me they don’t do that. I then called Wilhelm. They said the same thing but I said I wanted one stop shopping. The tow truck was there in an hour and my car was fixed the next day. Helpful responsive people at a fair price!

We were due for a routine service on our Kia Sportage and were quoted quite a bit by the dealership. We decided to 'shop' around for better pricing and found QDC in Marana. Ratings and reviews were great when I checked several sites, so we took our vehicle over and couldn't have had a BETTER EXPERIENCE! Quinton was very honest and thorough in his handling of our Kia, plus the pricing was much more affordable. Thank you QDC ~ I will use you for all of my vehicle needs and will spread the word to my family and friends!

I fiest visited Bay's after my old car left me dumped on the side of the 51 on my way to work. The tow truck said they could take me to the nearest shop which was Bay's, luckily. When I arrived Dean was super friendly and calming when I needed it most. They offered to run diagnostic tests to figure what was wrong and give me a call back. Dean called me a let me know what was wrong, he explained everything and even emailed me a report. It was a loss ( more to repair the car than what I purchased it for) which I expected, but was hoping to not hear. They let me keep the car in their lot until I could get a junk yard to pick it up. Dean gave me great tips and I was able to by a used car, I even took it to them for inspection prior to purchasing. Now I have a new (to me) car. Needless to say, they have made me a loyal customer. I now get all my routine maintenance with them. Their prices are reasonable and they are honsst. And hard working. My services with them are half of what the dealership would charge. I'm also so happy to see they've expanded. The new building looks great. They now offer cleaning and detailing as well, can't wait to try it out!

This place is a joke. Don't Make the mistake of trusting these guys as I did. You will probably be sorry, just as I was.

Matthew is very talented at what he does. He did a diesel conversion on a Toyota 4 runner for my husband. The work was done well in a timely manner and an affordable price. Very communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly person. We'd definitely do business here again.

Great group of people here! I was turned away by another local shop that was rated as being on par with 3A and I was extremely happy that it worked in my favor being led to 3A. From the get go, Dan was great in taking the time to talk to me about my 1989 IROC Camaro that needed a substantial amount of mechanical work. Shortly after having the car delivered to 3A, I knew the team would do a great job. I received an inspection report in my email inbox outlining the many mechanical problems I knew my almost 30 year old car had. Dan and Dean kept in constant contact with me and went over the needed repairs and the cost for the entire repair order in advance. No surprises, no gimmicks, and no trickery. Just a real honest group of people at 3A. After the repairs were complete, I got a smile from ear to ear as soon as I heard the motor turn over. The workmanship on the car was phenomenal and I was taken back to memories of my dad and me cruising in the car when I was kid as I was driving home from the shop with the car running magnificently. I cannot say enough how satisfied I am with 3A and the work they performed on my car. This was my first experience with 3A and they gained a customer out of me for all of my future vehicles' repairs.
