Today Merry saved me, when I did a silly mistake while being overseas. Can't thank you enough MERRY!! Have been there customer for more than 5 years... I've dealt already with 5 branches of CIBC, none of them was as helpful and as professional as these people!!! I recommend it for sure!!

There is no way any financial institution could have treated us better than duca royal York for the renewal of our mortgage. Friendly, understanding, helpful and thorough, with great rates. This place is great.

I spoke with a lady over the phone at this branch. It was by far the worst customer service I've ever received at any bank period. Would not trust them with my money. I was asking for help with a large transaction. She was of absolutely no help and had no interest in helping whatsoever. She yelled at me for no apparent reason even put me on hold without asking or anything. Then proceeded to hang up after putting me on hold. They clearly don't belong anywhere near customer service. I don't know how this lady works here. I can see others have probably had the same experience .
