Very nice and professional people. It was my first time and definitely Im coming back. They did what I asked for exactly like same design. I highly recommend it.

Waited 15 minutes despite calling before the appointment to make sure I will not have to wait. The lady who did my pedicure cut my nails unevenly and when I pointed it to her she said yes but did not fix anything. I think she just did not understand or did not care to fix it. Also the polish she applied was very messy in the corners. She was clean though and used sanitized equipment and gloves. The guy who did my mani though ... OUCH... He kept cutting my cuticles. Cuticles on two fingers started bleeding. and he still kept trying to cut more. I had to literally keep telling him to stop it. The polish he applied is bumpy and so unprofessional. Also his equipments were not clean and he did not wear gloves. I would give minimum star based on my experience but there was a younger lady there (who I believe was Emily) and it seemed like she was the only person who knew what she is doing. I would not recommend trying anyone else though.

Fantastic location with friendly staff. Well worth the efforts to come here for a relaxing start to a Sunday or to get gift certificates for loved ones.

Emily did my nails. She is friendly and did an awesome job! Definitely will come back when I return to this area.

Poor service, pedicure was incomplete and eyebrow waxing was not done correctly, tools used were not sanitized or cleaned, and there were flies flying around. Would not recommend.
