Never ever again! Yes, the ladies were polite & I appreciate that. But I payed $85 for a half of a pedicure & what was supposed to be a French manicure. She didn't even give me. They said they charged me for gel polish & used rdisappointing. My toe nail polish was dull & the color wasn't as advertized. Very disaapointing.

I will preface this by saying that the staff are incredibly friendly, caring, and professional. I had a gel mani/pedi and they did an exceptional job and the gel is durable and lasts! I didn't feel rushed and they were very accommodating. The reason I docked some stars is because I went in with a picture of what I wanted (from a review left at their facility from another patron) and they said they couldn't do that. Fair enough. I then asked for all white nails to which I was told they would get too dirty and to pick a different color. I understand taking pride in your work and not wanting a customer unhappy with nails that may look less than ideal in a few days but if a customer wants to take that risk, I think they should comply. The place is small and a bit disorganized. I couldn't get my massage chair to work and the chair remote was barely being held together with duct tape. I needed the magic touch of one of the employees to get the massage chair to work. I particularly don't like how there is no service menu so no prices listed and no idea what additional services are offered. They also didn't want to accept card and since I didn't have enough cash (because I didn't know how much the services would cost ahead of time) I had to pay via Venmo so keep that in mind.

Worst nail place ever I don’t know where to start. I had an appointment for myself and my sister and when I arrived she was very surprised! I asked her did you write our appointment down? She answers with pick a color!! The place was very very dirty nails everywhere the chair and the tools didn’t look clean or sanitize. She rushed on my manicure did not cut any cuticles and the color was poorly applied. Same thing for my feet. My sister has a very bad experience. Her chair was full of nails and dirt everywhere around the table. The lady that was working on her nails keep messing up the color and she has to stop her every 30 seconds to have her clean the nails. When we were done the nails looked horrible. Save your money and stay away from this nasty place. I am not sure how they have any positive reviews and 5 star?? Must be all fake!!
