I love that they can always fit me in and they are up for any challenge I bring to them (I always bring a photo in of what I want my nails to look like). The gals here are always super nice and happy and I always have an enjoyable experience!

I have been going to Indulgence for many years! Erika, James and their entire staff are awesome. They are like family! I would highly recommend their nail spa. We had both of my daughters wedding parties there before the big day. They accommodated us and were great. I have had acrylic nails on for 23 years....rarely does one come off. I have a busy schedule so I only go every 4 - 5 weeks and get a long fill and a pedicure. I have seen Erika go out of her way to make customers happy.

Every time I go to indulgence, the owner is so thoughtful and sweet and gives me the most beautiful nails. She is always happy to fix my nails until they’re exactly the way I like them, with a smile on her face. I will keep driving up from Santa Rosa to see her. I have heard that not all her employees are as patient and kind as her, particularly one of the guys. So take that info for what it’s worth.

Extremely rude & horrible customer service. Spa is far from “relaxing” with the employees that hover over you & nonstop pushing you to make a decision (on colors) and pushing so hard for more services. And FYI if you don’t add services, they’ll put you on the back burner and no longer a priority. Don’t go!!
