I loved my experience here, they are very gentle with your nails and pay attention to detail. At other nail salons my nails would hurt so bad but not here. Other reviews said that their wait time is long which isn’t true. If you do walk in, of course appointments have priority, you can literally make same day appointment too. Super friendly and kind people and kept asking me if I liked it, and free handed all the designs and they’re perfect. I have gotten so many compliments. 100000/10.

My nails fell off very fast, specifically the NEXT DAY. Had to rush to urgent care from bleeding and to take my real nail completely off with the fake one cause it snapped off that easily. Never had that experience with acrylics ever. I paid $70 for that set. I loved the design though, that was worth it to me, or I thought. I have paid $50 at every other place in this area and they lasted way longer than these. The quality of them were very thin and bendy. Never coming back:(

Waited over 40 minutes WITH an appointment and also called ahead, no one came to do my nails. If they didn't have time they should have said so and not wasted an hour of mine. Looked unsanitary too.
