Tried this place for first time since it showed good reviews. Made an appt online for 10:15am. Message said received request but wait for confirmation. Get a confirmation text at 10:11 am so I rush over as I was close and arrived 10:17am. They seated me in a chair and I waited 35 minutes for them to start. Pedicure was rushed but a decent job. The equipment and place itself definitely could be more clean. I definitely did not see them wipe my chair down after use. For this reason I will not be back unless necessary.

I love how Helen does my pedicure. She is very gentle and patient =)

I needed to find somewhere near by to do my nails for a party. I googled nails near me and Golden Nails came up as an option. When I got there no one but the employees were there. Not a good sign, my first thought. The salon has not been upgraded in a while. The manicure for $15 would have been a good deal, but I wanted gel so the price went up to $35. I don't understand why it would cost more than twice as much for gel. The woman who was doing my nails didn't know why. She barely spoke to me while doing it and I did not get the feeling they cares about my business. The manicure itself was average. I don't see why gel would be so expensive, except for greed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not the best or worse customer service, and so so nails.

They do great work! Don’t expect them to know what you want, but tell them what you want and they will do it! Although I went on a break from getting my nails done, I’m back in the bay and they are the only ones that I will make appointments with. They don’t have all of the girly frills or decor that some women like to see, but they will work wonders on your nails! I’m sure all of their techs are great, but I love the twins the most… the owners Helen and Lanna.

They are the best I ever went to. I think the two women that have helped me were caring and sweet. And it felt like a place where you can rest your feet. There family atmosphere is also very welcoming.
