Please refer to yelp review for my unpleasant experience. Not only did I receive a bad experience but the owner takes this opportunity to belittle and insult me by calling me cheap and making it seem like my request for getting a French tip was a hard task. I even told the lady who did my nails, I appreciate her effort and time but it should not have took 3 hours for French tip and the fact that it was only a fill! And then proceed to call the French tip and design and charge more for it. I’m not the only person that complained of the same experience. DO NOT GO HERE unless you are getting the simplest gel nail color or it’s really last resort.

Quincy & Angelina were amazing! I got the Pamper Me Now spa package. Quincy did a great job on my ultimate manicure & it was my first time trying dipping powder. She also picked cool snowflake stickers. Angelina gave me an awesome 60 minutes back & neck massage with hot stones, as well as the 7 minutes relaxing leg hot stones massage & the 7 minutes relaxing hand massage that were part of my ultimate pedicure.

Paid $120 for this service. Came in at 5 left at 8….took way too long just to get simple nail design like this. Not sure if it’s scam but $40 for simple design like this? Way overpriced. Not worth it. 3 hours just for removal, and full set acrylic. I’ll give them credit for being kind and providing great service but $120 is just too much.

Boutique nail salon in Daly City. Extremely clean, modern establishment and they have a wide arrangement of nail polish colors. Packages available and deluxe pedicures available with hot stone massage and foot mask and scrub with essential oils. On the downside the pricing is a little high but quality service.

So my sister gave me gift cards (2) for this nail salon so I figured I try them out from my usual salon, I arrive at my appointment time with my sister, they asked who would like to go first, she goes first about ten minutes later another gentlemen arrives and requests mani and pedi he gets seated quickly while I’m still waiting to get served. That didn’t sit well with me typically it’s appointments then walk- ins, when mentioned why I didn’t get service prior to the gentlemen they shrugged and try to come with an excuse. They don’t have a system going for appointments vs. walk-ins so I would rather not get my nails done here. In regards to the reply from the owner communication is key and you should have communicated that to your customer (me) that I would be attended accordingly. You should thrive to have open communication and not reply to me on a review when I clearly asked in person why I wasn’t attended. I wish you nothing but the best keep your 5 dollars off.
