I only take my time to write reviews when I'm disrespected , it was multiple times I said I will NOT return to this shop , but I kept giving chances , but today was the last day , you shouldn't treat yo every 20th of the month customer unwelcome.. when new money come yaw act different.

The standard of nail care experience across the board is awesome! It really doesn't matter who's chair you sit in to get your nails done. Ryan is my favorite!

The work done always looks amazing however whenever I take my nails off I either have a dent or a hole in one of the nails I end up having to put a nail hardener on my nails after my nails are removed. I went there twice happened both times

I came to this nail place and paid a lot of money to get fake nails on because I saw really nice designs. While I was getting my nails done I had one AirPod in my ear and the other AirPod in its case on the desk i was sitting. When I finished I paid the lady and about one minute after I stepped out I realized I left my airpod case there with the other Airpod in it. I went back to grab it and it wasn’t there anymore. My sister was still in the store getting her nails done and she stated that no customer went near that desk only the lady who did my nails. I wasn’t blaming anyone for stealing because I have no proof but I asked the owners if I could see the cameras to see what happened. They refused to help me and Claimed Andy was the only one who had access to the cameras and he was on “vacation”. They made no effort to call him or show me the cameras, and although at the end I know i should have been more aware and careful. It was still sad to see that all they care about is money, but do not care for you as a customer or try to value a good experience for you. Do not come here!
