Found this popular nail salon in the area and decided to walk in. From the reviews it was everything I wanted to service my color change on my already manicured hands, and feet. I was greeted by a young lady that examined my nails and told me my gel set, was acrylic and that my nails that are colored, had powder underneath the color. I then asked what the problem was because she wanted to keep examining them. She said there was no problem. I then asked for the price of my intended service and I was told that a COLOR CHANGE was 25 for NAILS and the rate for my feet was what I expected $10-15. I NEVER DO REVIEWS BUT THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND A RUDE ONE!!!

I love VIP! So many colors and styles to choose from and the staff are always friendly. Through shop is clean and organized. My nails are always so cute! Nina is one if my favorite nail techs, but others there have also done a great job. Call to make an appointment, call if you are going to be late, and week days are better if you want to avoid crowds. Masks required.

Had powder gel done 2weeks ago. They sanded my nail paper thin. I told guy too stop it was burning. My nails still are hurting. I will never go there again.

I went in a couple of weeks ago to get a gel pedicure done. First of all, they don't give you the price list. They hold it and constantly insist on you getting the $55 one. Second, I asked for her to cut my toenails short and she didn't. I can feel the long toenails when I wear tennis shoes. I'd cut them, but it's a French tip.Third, she grabbed my middle toe and did this weird turn and flick on it before walking away. I'm not sure what that was about but it hurt. Fourth, my big toe was swollen for days after from when she cleaned the cuticles. Then she said it would be $15 in addition to the 55 for a gel pedicure. I do not think this was worth $70. I had heard good things about this place, but my experience and result was not a good one. I'm never going back.

Garbage. She only trimmed one foot. Barely scrubbed. I had to re polish when I got home, not because I touched anything, but because she did a Ragedy job. Best part about it was the lavender aroma that I chose and the water was nice and hot. $60 wasted. MOST nail salons in Woodland would do better for $30. SMH
