Not good customer service my two daughter come in at 230pm it’s been 6:22pm still they are not yet done. Definitely will not come back here, and will not refer this to my friends. Not good business ethics they should tell to their customers how many hours they need to wait.If you guys want to wait that long then go to this place

I had a 1:30 appointment today for full acrylic set and deluxe pedicure. My pedicure was great, very relaxing and I loved the wax mask and hot stone massage. I thought my toe nails looked OK until I noticed as I was leaving that they had been smudged. My acrylic set however, was far from pleasant. The man who started put the nails on crooked. Then after washing my hands, I pointed out that 8 out of the 10 nails were either crooked or still had really jagged edges. I also had bits of acrylic caked underneath which attached to my fingers. He examined and filed away for over an hour. He must have thought his work was satisfactory because he left. When a woman came over to "complete" the process, I showed her my concerns again (crooked settings, jagged edges, and bits of acrylic/glue stuck all over). She went over the nails in question with her drill and then started painting. I had to remind everyone multiple times that I wanted an acrylic (not gel) set with regular polish. Yet at every turn, they attempted to use gel products, I'm assuming as a sneaky attempt to upcharge, which I also didn't appreciate. After the woman painted my nails (missing several spots), she informed me that we didn't need the UV light and that a small fan would work fine. So other than not properly sealing my acrylics (health hazard), my fingers practically froze after holding them in front of the fans for 30 minutes. 3 different techs tried rushing me out while my nails were still wet. I pointed out that they were wet and requested (again) that they be filed and fixed. 2 hours after starting my nails and I had to leave. I was visibly upset as the corrections had not been made and I was there with my daughter for what was supposed to be a fun mother- daughter date. I was offered no apology, no discount, nothing. Leaving me with nails half done and likely a bacterial infection from all the shortcuts taken. Now I sit, 30 minutes later, nails still a mess and wet. Extremely unsatisfied

I really like to be honest with my new experiences at new locations, but I’m rating about a 4. It’s super nice and clean inside and I love the way they have everything set up. You have to make an appointment if you go there. And when you arrive you have to confirm your appointment. Also, there are a lot of women there who can assist you. They get pretty busy, so I would recommend going like 10-15 minutes early. It’s more like first come first serve with an appointment. Also, the person that did my nails did a super amazing job, but as soon as I get out the place two of my nails were crooked. I was pretty upset. It was a male who did mine. I would recommend a female. He gets distracted easily...

They did a very good job with my toes and nails. Happy hands and happy feet. 😊
