I came in with my friend for us to get manicures. We were seated next to each other and after a short wait they got started on her nails. About 15 minutes later I was told to move because another customer needed that seat. I explained that we came together and I wanted to sit next to her but she just pulled up a chair so I could sit next to the other customer and my friend while I waited. There was not 1 attempt to get started on my nails until my friend was about a minute from being done. At that point I walked out as I didn't want to give this business my money. I was completely ignored and that was a horrible feeling and I wasted my time. I will never return. Edit: Thanks for the reply but that still doesn't explain or excuse how I was mostly ignored the whole time and just had to sit their and watch my friend get a manicure. When you go with someone you typically want to have your nails done at the same time. If you did not have room for 2 customers at the same time you should have just said that instead of only taking 1 of us.

When I scheduled the online appointment I told him that I wanted somebody to do a nail design when I got there the person couldn’t even do a basic flower she didn’t know how to do a nail design she cut me twice once on my thumb and then she with the nail file electric one she cut under my nail in the cuticle. Then when I went to pay I handed her my credit card she said oh we don’t except credit cards you have cash you have a debit card and I didn’t wanna use my debit card but I did anyways and then she charged me two dollars to use the credit card poor service they don’t know how to do nails designs and that’s specifically what I asked for. I came back because the last time I was here the woman who did my nails was awesome I don’t think I’ll be giving this place a chance again. The picture on the far right is the only thing she said she could do of the pictures I showed her the picture in the middle is what I got.

Went in for soak off, took an hour. Also got burnt multiple times from drill. I will stick yo my regular salon. Response to owner: So should I stop going to NT nails altogether? I was only told to speed up the process of my new set of nails, which I had an appointment for at the other NT nail salon I go to, that I should go to another NT and get them removed. And in all honesty my regular nail specialist takes off my nails soaks off my nails in 15 to 20 minutes regardless of how long or thick. So whoever took care of my nails this day was unexperienced with having to remove acrylics. I am a long time customer coming to your business. For a very long time I get nails done every 3 weeks, pedicures every month plus on top of that I bring friends and family. Should I take my business elsewhere?

I booked my appointment online for a pedi & fill. I specifically said in the comments that I wanted designed nails. She was horrible, cut me twice. Once under the back side of my nail with the electric file, then on the side of my thumb. She was rushing so fast like she was racing to get done. The lady who did my nails couldn't even do a basic flower design. I showed her several pictures of designs, not difficult ones, and she couldn't do them. I asked if any one there did designs, she said no. The lady who did my pedi left the alot of the old gel polish on and when she painted my toes, the old dark color can be seen, looking like its dried blood and didn't do a very good job. The nails on my 3-4 toes are still poking into the skin on my toes next to them. As I went to pay with a credit card after their butcher job, and she said they didn't take credit cards and asked if I had a debit card. I didn't want to use my debit card but agreed to do it, she then charged me $2 to use it. The first time I went here the girl that did my nails was great and could do designs, I was very pleased.

Not very friendly, rude attitude. Did a very rushed job on my nails, didn't listen when asked a question, I feel like if you new to nails they are going to just give you whatever they want. Will not be going back.
