This was my second time coming here for my nails & I had a really good experience the first time....but today was baddd....the first lady who started on my nails was nice also the lady that did my pedicure. But the lady that finished my nails got loud&rude to me when I asked her about dipping powder the french style on my nail tip.....she told me to go somewhere else to get it done next time...and I said I will. I know that I am only 1 customer but this Sassy nail salon will never get my money again!

I went in today for acrylic nails. I called them yesterday and already booked an appointment for 12:15pm. I reached there on time and they asked me to wait 10 min. Then again after sometime they asked me wait. I really wanted my nails to be done today that’s why I waited for almost half an hour when they took me, that too after already having an appointment. The lady who did my nails was in such a hurry that when she filed the nails she scratched the skin close to my nails really bad. They don’t even have great collection of colors to chose from. And also charged extra $5 since I wanted different colors. I was in middle of it so I agreed to pay extra. Overall I did not like the vibe and experience here. They kept taking among themselves in their own language and exchanging glances which I found quite rude and would definitely refrain me from visiting there again.

Worst customer experience ever. I called and scheduled an appointment at 6. Once I arrived the place was totally overbooked and they asked me to wait. I waited for 30 minutes and nothing. Once I asked about an ETA they showed me their appointments and told me there was no appointment at 6pm. Why you confirmed appointments via phone if you won't be adding them and why you make me wait 30 minutes to tell me that? It was a caos full of people waiting outside. If you have a late appointment make sure you came with at least an hour to wait and be prepare for rude customer service. If you tolerate that you might have nice nails

I've heard really mixed reports from clients, but I liked it. Better than all the places I went in Oakland for sure. If atmosphere is your thing, keep looking.
