10.15.22 After driving by this place several times we finally stopped in. What a fabulous local venue. Staff was very friendly. It has indoor and outdoor seating, flight samples, mixed drinks, and bottles for purchase. Amazing products.

Amazing! We accidentally discovered this gem before going to a UCONN game. A game we missed because we had such a magnificent time here! I would recommend the Watercure Farm Distillery to all and if you are lucky enough you will have Brendan as your bartender/guide. He was a wealth of knowledge, very helpful and provided great recommendations. He also provided us much info into the Watercure Farms “Dutton/Yellowstone like” history! How they only use ingredients from their farms, or from local areas. Just awesome. As for the product, excellent! The whiskey and vodka was so smooth and the spice rum was extremely smooth and tasty! Can’t wait to go back!

This is an absolutely beautiful and amazing place. My wife and I stumbled upon it on our way to Rhode Island and couldn't help but stop on the way home. The gentleman behind the counter was a wealth of information on profiles, flavors, what flavor hit first and how it finished! We couldn't help but leave with two of the four we tried during our tasting.

Phenomenal place with excellent location. Tons of parking. Excellent and knowledgeable staff. There prices are commensurate with this level of local Faire. This burgeoning distillery is a place that you can tour, learn, and talk one on one with an awesome staff. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Downside is that the town of Pomfret enforces some archaic blue laws concerning this type of business. Their cutoff limit for samples and cocktails is 2oz. Which makes it difficult to stretch the experience out. We did well but I'm insanely curious about the process. And there is language that prohibits live entertainment? This really limits their ability to entertain. I loved our time and experience, but in fairness to the general public I must prepare you for what it is. A cool and insightful look into how liquor is produced. We will be back but urge the town to take a step back and evaluate this distilleries potential.

Stopped in from out of state and had a wonderful experience. Drink was delicious and Aiden was a joy to talk to. Fabulous little place!
