I'm a semi-regular customer, and come in once a week or so. The selection and service is usually adequate, the feel you might expect from a package store, but for the last month things have gone down hill a bit. The biggest issue is with the young man that was recently hired, I don't know his name, but his left arm has some sort of deformity. He sits on a step ladder every time I come in playing on his phone, sometimes he acknowledges myself and other customers, but usually he grunts at us and acts extremely dismissive. I understand the job as a cashier might not be fun or exciting for some people, but even the quiet guy in the morning treats me with plenty of respect. Perhaps he wasn't the best hire, maybe Cork just wanted to put a body in the position, but his behavior reflects very poorly on their company. I'm not going elsewhere, but I highly encourage the management to look into the young man's behavior and reprimand him properly.

The heavy set guy working was very rude, made unnecessary comments under his breath when he unlocked the door like it was my fault he had to open it at 705 And he was slamming my stuff around. It’s clear he hated his job. Terrible clerk. He needs to be let go

The newer younger heavy set guy, definitely is not who they need serving customers. I understand we all have a bad day from time to time. Maybe a shave and shower would make him feel better! 🤮

The people there are very friendly and provide great customer service. It's got a good variety of everything, my only complaint is the debit/credit card reader. 9 out of 10 times it won't read my card please update that system.

Well for starters i used to work there. Not a bad job by any means but corporate was a joke. They treat you like dirt and it's not right how they speak to you. We said something about an employee who frequently was late opening the store and was always sitting down doing nothing when clocked in and now are no longer allowed to go into Cork 12 and purchase beer. I didn't know that the higher ups would hate feedback on their employees but would rather lose business because they would rather act like children.
