I trained with Sensei Bob many years ago and have kept in touch with him ever since. His classes are engaging, entertaining and most of all effective! I strongly recommend you check him out. Remember he offers the first two classes free!

Sensei Bob and his staff have created an effective and fun learning environment for the kids. My son is enjoying the classes and I see his skill level improving every month.

Love this Dojo. Sensei Bob and Sensei Alex are great!

I had searched around for a good introductory dojo for my eight year old girl. I was very lucky to find GDSD. They teach a traditional style with a calm yet disciplined style that is very much about instilling discipline and instruction in an effective traditional style. The sensei are patient, but firm with the kids, taking the time to show proper form as well as taking care of the internal aspects of the martial arts. I cannot more highly recommend this place for parents interested in a solid, patient and above all safe environment for their children to learn the martial arts. The approach instills confidence, practical knowledge, deep tradition and fun. It is also very girl friendly--a place that encourages excellence and allows them the freedom to learn as full members of the dojo, equal in participation and expectations. All in all a spectacular find.

This is hands-down the best jiu-jitsu school around. Class times are convenient, the instruction is great and the instructor is down-to-earth and humble. The even offer two free classes and the dojo has aikido and karate!
