Tanja was very sweet to deal with back in 2019 when booking my destination wedding. Once Covid hit she continued to be fast and responsive with her e-mails. We made a hard decision to cancel our destination wedding after postponing our wedding 3x due to Covid. Once we decided to go ahead and cancel she became very unprofessional and rude towards myself and our guests. I would not recommend her for big group bookings.

Tanja is a terrible person she not only took advantage of our situation, she has stopped communicating with me and my family. Stole our money and has been disrespectful. I will use all my platforms on social media to ensure her behavior is known through out this industry

Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and most of all responsive. B&C has the knowledge base to really add value to your trip planning and booking. If you are spending thousands on a vacation why not get some expert advice.

I first experience with Barrett & Carlysle Travel was excellent, I spoke with Tanja Steinbock over the phone, she was very fast in getting me the lowest fare available (in fact, her quote was 100 dollars lower than my long term travel agent), she was very courteous, and responded promptly to my queries. I met her in the office and she was very professional, she explained the procedures and printed out the invoice and T&C , The whole transaction was concluded smoothly within 10 min, I was concerned that i may have to go all the way to her office for subsequent bookings, but she assured that for the future transactions, we could conclude over phone
