Avoid this place at all cost!

They do not follow COVID-19 safety practices in Jan 2021. They are dentist office that thinks its ok for no one to wear a mask and not follow any safety protocols. If they dont care about our community, then we should not care to have them in our community. Avoid this place.

This place was great! It was an easy going but professional atmosphere! The Dental Hygienist was very nice, helpful, and above all she was focused! The Hygienist and the Dentist made everything easy to understand when they were showing me the x-rays. They discussed everything with me(payment health etc) before anything happened. I would very much recommend this place for your dental needs!

I liked the facility and the staff, that's where the stars end. This morning, I called 1-800-dentist that referred me to this dental service. I was scheduled for a 10am, I walked in with a terrible toothache and I was going to let them extract it. After sitting while the dentist was seeing other patients, one of the nursing assistants tells me that the doctor goes to lunch at 12:00 and I can come back in an hour, so she can go to lunch. Glad she can chew...wish I could say the same. Who cares that I came over at 10am from downtown, live in Pelham but came back past my house and then again to go back downtown. Who cares that I specifically came in with pain that was commented on that it looked painful... I told them to give me my debit card and left. I wasted 2 hrs, 2 trips to Birmingham and another trip back to Pelham in a few hours. What's the worse part, I walked in the same way I left.

My first experience here was very pleasant. I was greeted and offered beverages when I walked through the door. My dental hygienist Ariel was very nice and knowledgeable. She even took the time to make sure everything was covered by my insurance. The dentist was awesome! Will definitely make this my family's dentist.
