I was charged for a missed appointment even though I still had 20 minutes to get there. When I objected, a staff member told me on the phone, "Those are the rules. I don’t make them. If you are going to keep calling to complain about the appointment then you should go someplace else.” I am a senior citizen & a patient for many years. This is not how you treat or speak to your patients. The staff is rude & disrespectful. I have notified the BBB to dispute the missed appointment charge & I've also notified the Florida Dental Assoc. I've gone "someplace else" & so should you.

I normally don't leave reviews but i was so impressed with the awsome service the staff is six star..thank you
