This is an owner operator hair salon which means you get personal care and attention to your haircut. You won't feel like you are getting an assembly line haircut here since its the owner cutting your hair and she wants repeat customers. She has a regular repeat client base because her customers appreciate the customer care they get here.

I think this salon is way too overpriced. I got a cut and highlights and paid $460!!! The colour did not even turn out the way I wanted it. The colour of my hair looks the same way I came in with. Disappointing as I feel ripped off. Overpaid and under delivered.

This woman is not allowed to retire. I once discovered Kim’s salon walking along Lakeshore looking for a haircut as a walk in. I was not disappointed and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve been going here for close to 6 years. She now cuts my mom’s hair who drives down from Burlington just for a hair appointment. I recommend Kim’s talent and services to everyone I know. My boyfriend has now been introduced and she will have our business for as long as she'll have us. Kim and her husband Tim are very sweet and welcoming. I have always left loving my cut and style. Very good price compared to most salons in Toronto, she is always personal and remembers everything about you. Can’t wait to until the next time we’re in!

The owner is very pleasant and professional. We all need a little angelic touch some times.
