There is an amazing stylist “Tatyana”, she has done a great job highlighting my hair. Highly recommended!

The owner of the salon is extremely rude and unprofessional! I regularly come to see the hairdresser Alla she rents a chair at the salon. Alla has been my hairdresser for more than ten years and she is absolutely amazing, providing the best results each time, I recommend her to both women and men! This time Alla was out of town, and I came in to the salon to ask if a hairdresser was available. There was a lady available that absolutely butchered my hair. I have been growing my bangs for more than three months and asked for side bangs,, simple! Yet the lady did not know what she was doing and I kept explaining to her that I want it shorter on one side and longer on the other, yet all I got from her is her saying shorter, okay and would again cut the bangs shorter without giving me the side bangs I wanted. I had to stop the cut as she was cutting shorter and shorter, and I told the owner my situation right away, asking whether someone else is able to cut my hair because the hairdresser did not know what she was doing. The owner made it seem like it was all my fault, and was extremely rude!!! The owner had instructed all the hairdressers working there that they should not take me, as I was a 'difficult' costumer, trying to get a free ride. As I refused pay the lady for butchering my hair. Note that I am happy to pay for a good haircut, and always give a tip in addition. Yet because I knew I would be needing to go to another hairdresser to fix my hair I decided to save my money for someone else. When I went to another hairdresser at a different salon to fix my hair, she had given me unfortunate news, my bangs were cut so short that she was not able to fix them anymore, and I need to wait for several months to have them grow back again. :( The hairdresser at the other salon also said that the long layers I received in my hair were also chopped uneven, and did not give my hair volume as they were cut incorrectly. This was fixed but my hair needed to be shorter than I would have liked. :( Horrible experience as a result of bad management!

I want to recommend the hairstylist Tatyana. She is absolutely amazing! Initially, I was looking for a Ukrainian/Russian speaking hairstylist so I can describe what I want in all details and also I just love to deal with our people when it comes to beauty services. I found her number on the website (attaching the picture for you), and although the salon was quite far from my place, I decided that it was worth all the travel. From the first meeting I realized - it was the person I was looking for: caring, smiling, gentle and more importantly - very professional! She clearly understands what you'd like to do, gives an advise, but ALWAYS does the way you want your hair to look. And each and every time the result is amazing. I leave the chair with the huge smile on my face, from which Tatyana can see that she has done a great job! All the other ladies in the ENRG Studio are also nice, but I want to strongly recommend Tatyana for your hair services. I have no doubts she will make you look and feel great. Thank you, Tatyana.

Natalie and Rachel are a Dynamic Duo! I have felt as part of the family ever since I started going to them. Natalie does the best Cuts, Color, and Styling. Rachel is the only one who I trust to do my waxing, laser and facials. My grandmother is even treated to a yearly birthday facial and raves to the entire family that it is the best gift! Keep up the great work ladies!
