If I could not give a star I would! I received a haircut here and the lady looks like she was doing her job. But when I got home and flat ironed myself my hair was jacked and choppy like you wouldn't believe! My hair was down to my waist and she cut it to my shoulders.... to only have to get a new hair cut to my ears. When I called back the lady was absolutely ignorant! She told me that I wasted my money on hair school and that she didn't need a diploma to get that job. WRONG! Needless to say I called head office told them what happened and received a full refund for her actions. Not to mention I told her I was getting married in less then a year and she treated me like that. No I'm going to have to buy hair extensions because she was too big headed. Will never go back to this location. Been going to first choice for just about 30 years and I have never been so disrespected by a stylist.

Will NOT return. The haircut was fine, the aggressive upselling of their shampoo and conditioner was annoying and dishonest. They told my family member if he didn't use their shampoo & conditioner, his hair would fall out and he'd go bald! Baldness is heredity, using a brand of shampoo will NOT prevent this. NO ONE in our family will ever set foot in this place again. Avoid.
