Go there at your own risk. Their english is bad. But even with pictures, they dont look at your picture, they do whatever they want with your hair. When you tell them you dont want to use the thining scissors on your hair because it grows messy. They just dont thin your hair. I have been going there for years and brought friends. But the last 2 times are so bad!! I wont go back!! Good luck to those who want to have their hair chopped

They should stop giving gestures clearly implying to expecting tips, it's inappropriate. They deliberately give you coins instead of a $5 note and stare into your eyes with extended arms on the desk.

Great place. I went here after a horrible experience at Hair Joy and they fixed it and made me feel very comfortable. Easy to communicate with and made sure I was satisfied.

Came here monthly for over a whole year and had mostly great haircuts until today. Instead of one of the regular employees I have seen over the year, my barber was a maybe 30ish man who was clearly not interested in any kind of basic customer service. After telling me to hurry up as I was literally pulling out my phone to show him what haircut i wanted, I underwent the most painful haircut ive ever had. Not only was he chatting with other people and not paying full attention, when I asked him at the end to fix a part of my hair that was lopsided he told me that it was my hair was dirty and oily and to go wash it. I was incredibly offended since I wash every morning. After he half assedly pretended to fix it for a couple minutes I decided it wasnt worth my time and got out of there. Only gave two stars out of respect of the other hairdressers who actually cared about the customers. Will not be coming back.
