Extremely rude and greedy owner! Also I wouldn't recommended anyone to get their eyebrows micro-bladed by the Russian lady that works there since she totally messed up my brows! After my unsatisfied experience I still went for a touch up because it was really necessary and since I was told that a touch up is included in the price that I payed I though why not ... so after the touch up session was done (which gave me after all still a terrible look) the owner still charged me for the touch up!!

Soheila will do your electronic/manual facials with the utmost care patience and pride. You will always feel uplifted because of her kind knowledgeable spirit that she embues onto you, once you have any one of her treatments. She is flexible and fair with her prices and time. You are in great hands

Great experience as usual. Elham has always been my go-to person for wax and she will be as long as I am in town. I highly recommend her great service and affordable prices.

HORRRRIIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!! DIRTY, SLOW, RUDE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE PERIOD.... After calling and booking an appointment for threading and waxing, I went to Nanaz Beauty Salong for the WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE> The threading was done properly and the lady who did it was very nice, however, the owner was extremely rude and had no patience and when I asked her to make sure to cover the entire face she gave me the biggest attitude... I started the full body wax. The job was very unprofessional and the lady could barely use the wax. Hygiene = ZERO They used roller waxes that was used on few other people before me The stencil used for waxing was also USED and was used on other people (EWWWWw) Worse of all, they ran out of wax in the middle of the job and she continued using a small stencil that is often used for face to wax the entire body After 2.5 HOURSSSSS the job ended and when I went to pay, the owner DID NOT by any means apologize and when I politely told her that she should not have given me an appointment if she did not have enough wax, she said "didn't you say you were running late? There is the door, Pay and get out of HERE"!!!!!!!! Awful experience, extremely rude owner and very dirty!!! The lady who did the job, however, was very nice and kep apologizing for something that was not even her mistake. I bet they are paying her below minimum wage and making her do all the hard work and take advantage of the fact that she does not speak any English.
