I hate to give this place a 2-star because I had been coming here for almost 2 years, but as long as Jessica works here, there's a chance you'll have a horrible experience. As soon as I sat down, Jessica kept telling me my hair was too long. She wouldn't even look at my head while cutting my hair, just kept her head turned to either the TV or the window. She pushed and yanked my head around and pushed the clippers into my scalp so hard it caught a few times. My hair wash came really fast so I was expecting her to do more after. Nope, she just held the hot blow dryer in place on my head for a minute and then told me it was done. All the while she was saying your hair so long. I didn't even ask her to fix my uneven cut because I was done with her. I had the time and the haircut AND the wash only took 13 minutes. I didn't even know it was possible for haircuts to feel hostile. From the trash attitude to the trash service, it was a thoroughly trash experience courtesy of Jessica.

Very disappointed. Went here for a wash and blow out. First it was $35 and then the second time it was $40 (which is okay) and this time it was $60!!! I get blowouts on a weekly basis. That is way above the price. How can in 12 weeks the price change? Definitely feel ripped off.

All the ladies are sweet but your experience will be different depending on who you get. If you get a good service remember her name and look for her next time.

Had a great experience here and has now become my go-to place to get my hair done. Prices are fair and competitive. ($20 for men cut) Also comes with a wash and scalp massage which is always great. Only downside is majority of the dressers don't really speak much English. But they understand the basics, and will work with an image pretty well. Got my hair cut by Jenny. She's pretty great in my experience.
