My experience was wonderful! Greeted when I walked in, confirmed my sign in. I waited under a minute, thanks to online check in.. I got Melissa and I will be using her anytime I’m here and need a haircut. She is easy going and easy to talk to. I’ll have to say if you read the comments and see the negative, don’t let that scare you.. and if you go and get awesome service leave a rating! Everyone always comments on the negative but never the good.

1st suggestion if you are heading to the salon right away, check-in online. Then tell them as soon as you walk in the door. Know what you need accomplished before you arrive, and if you already have a photo of what you want done, take it with you or on your phone. I had very good service and head a very good cut right away.

I went in to this Great Clip for a simple fade cut. I was there earlier around 2pm, but there were too many people so I came back around 445-450 and there wasnt anyone left. There were 2 hair stylist and the older white lady said in an attitude voice that they "close in 10 mins" and they're "not cutting any more hair". This is my first time here and my last. If a business states they open til 5pm. They should honor customers until 5pm, not tell a customer that they're not taking customers 10 minutes before they close.

I checked in online, arrived & was told I wasn't checked in, until "they" checked me in. I to the "experienced stylist" (32yrs) that I wanted my hair short and feathered. Layered IS NOT the same thing. My hair looked better before the cut. I wanted it corrected, two stations opened up, but I had to wait for the last stylist who was spending quite a bit of time bs...ing with a guy. I could have been there for hours. I asked why the next person couldn't help me, finally after being called down in the salon, I left. Never to go back. The "guy" in the waiting apparently requested the gal cutting my hair. She'd probably rather cut a guys hair. Might be the reason for lack of quality.

I had a coupon for a $7 haircut here and my fro was starting to get nappy, so I figured why not give it a shot. The place was a zoo, the workers seemed stressed and unhappy to be there, and the haircut was mediocre at best. But let’s be honest, only a jackass would leave less than 4 stars for a $7 cut. Wouldn’t go back for a full price haircut, but I was in and out fairly quickly and I got what I paid for.
