Absolutely horrendous. The hairdresser made 5 cuts to my hair, and they were not good! I had to ask her to cut my fringe straight, despite advising her it the main part i was in there. She spent so long stopping to talk instead of paying attention, I ended up feeling uncomfortable I just wanted out of there. I had to try and sort it myself when I got home. My hair was also still wet when I left. The while process from getting my hair washed to leaving was 10 minutes, and still charged $43.

Was told $25 for a haircut in the phone and was charged $36 after everything was said and done. The hair dresser was awesome, but she cut my hair much shorter than I asked for. Will never go back to their salon

This was the worst hair experience of my life!! I went in there are asked for a natural color. I asked for a red/brown close to my natural color. The stylist dyed my hair NEON red and then started arguing with my saying I chose that color after I had already clearly stated I needed a natural color because I am in the military. So instead of trying to fix it this idiot put black on top of it and then makes it purple, but only did he dye my hair but he also managed to dye the back of my neck, all over my face, and even somehow my arms.He was angry that I was making him fix his mistake that he would take the tip of the dye bottle and drive it into my head and he was very rough with my hair. Then his co-workers who had "15 years" of experience tried to give him advice which made it look even worse. Then he tried to blow-dry my hair and would leave it one spot for so long that he was literally burning my head. So I left with an expensive terrible looking hair job. Then not only could I not go to work with purple hair had to go to a much more experienced salon and dump even more money on it to try and cover up the awful purple/red hair. The staff there were not helpful they honestly didn't seem to care, and the stylist had the nerve to ask if I needed any hair products after his awful job. Do not go to this salon, I repeat "DO NOT GO TO HIS SALON" or at least not to a guy named jorge.
