I have been going to Nick there for years and am always extremely happy with how my hair comes out. He gets the color just right and I love how he styles my hair. I call him my style consultant. He is the real deal as far as hair goes. And he gives a great massage when he washes your hair. Just awesome all around. Love this place!

Miranda is my hairdresser and she's great. Friendly and helpful with deciding what to do. Her work is always done with care, the results are amazing.

Got the most depressing and over-priced color and cut of my life at this salon. English was Nick's second language, which by all means is okay, just not when he literally does not try to understand what you want and gives you something completely different despite many attempts to tell him what you want is different. He was argumentative and rude from almost the moment I sat down in his chair, which in my mind is completely unprofessional and embarrassing for the salon. Once the color was over, he acted as though he wanted no business cutting my hair and used no tools to blow dry my hair. I told him I wanted a longer bob, with two longer pieces in the front. He obviously didn't understand me, and kept saying, "a swing bob I'll do" over and over. That's not what I asked for. He ended up giving me a shaggy long bob. Also not what I asked for. The color turned out the be a dark brown with red on the top, and a lighter brown on the bottom. I had existing red in my hair, which he did not try very hard to remove, despite me telling him it was very important to me. He got ANGRY when I tried to tell him that it was still red, before he put the brown color on. The color I was asking for was an ASHY BLONDE. Please tell me how this makes any sense, or how he gave me what I wanted, which is what another person from the salon tried to CONVINCE me when I asked for a refund. They only refunded me 200 of 315 dollars. She said it was for the color, but not for the cut or the products he used. I understand the products part, but not the cut. The cut was crap too. I'm sorry, but when a client is not happy, a salon should do everything in their power to remedy that. This salon did NOT I HAVE NEVER ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR HAIR UNTIL AFTER I CAME TO THIS SALON. I REPEAT, NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER ASKED FOR A REFUND FOR ANY HAIRCUT OR COLOR UNTIL I CAME TO THIS SALON!!!!!!!! To make things even more unprofessional, after I called the salon requesting for a refund or for someone OTHER THAN NICK to fix my hair, he sent me a TEXT on my phone asking me to come get the money at a specific time and that it would be at the front desk. I wrote "who is this?" since he did not even say where the text was coming from. It was literally "come get the money". Since I was at work, I asked him if it would be okay if I got it a little later during my break. He wrote back: "Ok, good luck with everything is free your life styles." It took me a couple seconds to figure out this weird, childish, passive-aggressive message coming from a "professional" hairstylist. I just wrote him back, "Good luck to you too! Being rude to clients and not giving them what they want is a great way to lose service! I have gone to many hairstylists over my lifetime, and not once have I ever asked for my money back. So good job!" Meeting passive aggressive with sarcastic, good fit no? To this salon: you need to clean your game up. If someone comes in, is mistreated and not given what they want, that a. Should matter to you a hell of a lot more than it did and b. you should do everything in your power to make it better and c. You shouldn't hire pompous dicks who don't know what they're doing and don't understand clients in the first place!!!

My stylist-Miranda is great. She takes care of my hair and my friend's. We are so pleased with her work. She is also very friendly, kind and a joy to work with.
