I loved how Terri cut my hair. Shes a great stylist but.... She left great clips and i never got her phone number. I could kick myself. I have not had a better cut since. I've gone back one time and was not impressed with my haircut and I never went back. This was located @ Rockridge Mall 51st and Broadway Oakland. There ok but not good on black hair.

I usually go to Greatclips, but I advise avoiding this location. My hair is simple. It is hard to screw it up. Been here twice. The first time it was bad, but not terrible. The second time it was terrible. I keep my hair very short. When I first came in, the lady who cut my hair looked just miserable. She never introduced my name. Never even a half smile out of her face. I had to ask where I could leave my coat when every other branch they always tell me where I can place my coat (does this branch have a code rack?). The lady cut it as quick as possible not taking the time to look even to see if it was even, which it is not. Never have I see someone only go over your hair once when cutting it. Some parts of my hair were not even cut.

Get in, get out, get on with your life (without a huge dent in your wallet). Also, Nick is great!

Terrible customer service and what seems to be very unhappy employees. I just got my hair cut there and had Jenny cut my hair. She is the worst! Uneven fade in the back and butchered my sideburns that connect to my beard. She never smiles or greets people properly and doesn't listen to what you say you want done. I will not be going back to this spot.

Terrible service, lazy workers!!! I went in on Sunday 11/27 around 10am, no other patrons in the store, gave receptionist my info, the receptionist asked a lady to cut my hair. The lady then proceeded to say "it's not my turn, it's his turn" then the man looked at receptionist and said it's not my turn, then the 3 stood at the counter arguing about who's turn it is to cut my hair. I just looked at the 3 and said you 3 keep arguing about who's turn it is for next customer, then turned and left the store. Later on the afternoon I get a call from someone from Great Clips asking if I wanted a free haircut.( actually laughing while asking me). No way to run business, and should get rid of those lazy employee's
